Falesia Beach apartment is a first floor apartment, with easy access, lift and private parking. Spacious and contemporary apartment in a great location, comfortably furnished and very well equipped, just a short walk from the beach and local amenities. The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one twin), 2 bathrooms, kitchen, open plan lounge and dining area with comfortable seats for up 8 people. There is a comfortable double sofa-bed in the living room, and we can also provide a cot on request. So the apartment provides comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people including children. The private gated condominium has two fantastic swimming pool areas, well tended landscaped gardens, and a pleasant 5 minutes walk to the local restaurants and shops and one of the best beaches in the Algarve. The closest beach would be Falesia Beach which is just 300 meters, with trails for those who likes hiking or running ...
...and just 500 meters from Barranco Belharucas Beach. The furnished wrap-around balcony overlooks one of the pool areas is the perfect place to relax with your friends and family, and to enjoy a little of the al-fresco lifestyle.

With some of the most beautiful beaches in Southern Europe, the Algarve has over 150km of south-facing coastline stretching from Cape St Vincent in the west to the Spanish border in the east. Along the coast are a number of well developed tourist hotspots as well as quiet little villages overlooking the ocean. Further inland you will find charming little pockets of unspoilt countryside and places which seem untouched by time.Already a well known destination for family beach holidays and for golfers, the Algarve has much, much more to offer.
Olhos D'Agua, Albufeira
Once a tiny fishing village, Olhos D'Agua is now a popular destination for tourists from both overseas and from the rest of Portugal.
Here you will find a true mixture of the old and the new - charming little cottages and fishing boats pulled up on the beach as well as a newly developed seafront esplanade with smart restaurants. There are small family run bars where you´ll soon be greeted as an old friend, as well as some livelier places with karaoke and live music.
The choice of restaurants is amazing, offering a great variety of styles and menus (from the traditional Portuguese restaurants serving mainly grilled meats, fresh fish and seafood to everything from Italian, Chinese, British Snack-bars, etc to 5 star international cuisine).
In the resort there is also a supermarket, a small indoor/outdoor market (with fresh fish, vegetables, fruit, etc. every day), a chemist, bank, newsagent, a variety of shops, a bus stop and a taxi rank.
There are two lovely beaches in Olhos D'Agua. Beside the main beach (Praia de Olhos D'Agua) there is a beach-front esplanade with bars, cafés and restaurants. The second beach (Praia Maria Luisa) is also very popular but is smaller and tends to be quieter. And at low tide you can also reach a few secluded little coves which are well worth exploring.
Car rental is not needed, as beaches and amenities are all close at hand.
However if you do want to get out and about to explore some of what the region has to offer, you are perfectly placed right in the centre of the Algarve.
You can rent a car and discover the Algarve for yourself, or simply book an inexpensive excursion. For example you could take an historic tour, spend the day shopping in one of the local market towns, or visit other places of interest in the area.
Golf (both championship courses and academies for beginners), boat trips, horse-riding, wine tasting, and water-sports are just a few of the other activities available.
In the Algarve, there are so many things to explore and so many things to do, here are just a few:
April 25th - Liberation Day National holiday - Albufeira celebrates in style with sporting and musical entertainment during the day and fireworks at night.
May 1st- Paderne celebrates Labour Day national holiday with a variety of entertainment and plenty of kiosks to keep you refreshed!
June - Summer events programme starts, offering music, entertainment, parties, concerts and much more until Septmber!
July and August Albufeira hosts lots of sports events on the beaches.
July - Festa do Frango no Churrasco - for 3 days the tempting aromas of barbecued chicken will fill the air in this festival dedicated to the delicacy!
July - the Feira de Artesanato de Albufeira takes place - displays and sales of traditional crafts of the region takes place over 9 days. There will also be music and various artists each day.
August the Sardine Festival takes place in Olhos de Água over 4 days- the barbecues will be busy!
August in Olhos de Água - there is a folclore festival to enjoy.
September - the fisherman festival (Festa do pescador) is celebrated at Praia dos Pescadores, along with the folclore festival. The event lasts for 2 days.
September- during a week in September the Gastronomy festival takes place, where various participating restaurants will be cooking dishes to show the gastronomy of the region.

Usually we request an initial booking deposit of 50% to confirm a reservation by bank transfer, with the final balance being payable 2 weeks before arrival also by bank transfer.
We are based locally, so are here to welcome all guests on arrival and to help with anything they might need during their holiday.
And we can help with things like airport transfers (which are economical and far more convenient than normal taxis), or arrange a quotation for car rental if you do decide to hire a car.
