It is also perfect for families and friends. You are 7 minutes drive from the action down at the marina. Most tourists who come to Vilamoura are families or golfers so if is loud music you are looking for then you won't find it in the complex but you can enjoy fabulous live music bars at the Marina. There is a real sense of privacy too about this townhouse even though the properties are attached. The development is circular with beautiful palm trees preventing other holiday makers from looking into this property. ...mixed sun preferences to stay together. Having the car on your doorstep means no mechanical lifts to your front door as this development is like a small housing estate. There is a coded gate to the golf course approx 100 metres from the front door. The golf club has a gorgeous clubhouse and restaurant even if you do not play golf. The hotel is worth visiting with wifi, a games room and fabulous bar, pool and lounge areas. The townhouse itself is very modern with polished porcelain and timber floors, regularly painted so no shocks on arrival. Very bright and easy to manage giving each bedroom it's own veranda should you need some "me" time. Utilities, towels and once a week cleaning is included in the price. It has air-conditioning, dishwasher and a washing machine in a very large separate utility. The kitchen cum living room extends to the patio so the flow for chatting really works well. There is a storeroom for golf clubs, child buggies etc. If you want to stay in the complex it will take you half an hour to walk down to Oscar's bar which is great for food and entertainment. There are 3 other great restaurants and a small shop too. The main supermarket is a 5 minutes drive away and then you have the hotel and golf clubhouse. Otherwise the car is needed for everything else. You can hire bikes too and of course get a taxi (€7) to the port.

Portugal is not as warm as Spain so be sure to check the weather expected during your stay. A list of recommended restaurants, beaches etc. from 5* - 1* can be got from the office at the front gates.

Fly to Faro airport with Ryanair or Aer Lingus from Cork, Dublin. Lots of flights available from UK with BMI baby or BA. Property 20 minutes from airport. Car hire available at the airport. Taxis available at the airport around €35 to the Townhouse. The Portuguese speak excellent english.
