This hotel apartment is a one bedroom unit in a fully refurbished and renovated building dating from the 1930's. It retains old world charm with completely a complete modern interior re-fit. The residence is located about 10 mins walk to the famous seafront - Promenade des Anglais and only 15 mins walk to the old quarter where there is a huge range of shops, apartments and the famous daily market. A perfect base for exploring all that this fabulous part of the South of France has to offer.
The aparment itself is a fully self-contained unit, with 1 double bedroom, a kitchen and a livingroom. In the livingroom, there is a convertable sofa-bed. Parking for the week is also included in the rental, but really you don't need a car unless you intend touring around and even then it's probably better to get a train to the likes Canne, St. Tropez and of course Monte Carlo. There's also a small fitness room in the basement and a breakfast room (breakfast not included). There's also a launderette which is useful.

"It might be a cliché to say Nice has something for everyone, but the Côte d’Azur’s cosmopolitan capital pretty much does.
Sure, sun seekers sip cocktails on parasoled lounges lining its polished pebbled shores, and kids splash in the azure sea, while bladers cruise the curved Baie des Anges (Bay of Angels) against a backdrop of fairy-lit palm trees flanking the promenade des Anglais.

Getting There
Direct flight from Dublin or Cork to Nice with Aer Lingus or Ryanair (Dublin only). Nice Airport is only 15 minutes by Bus from the Airport, available directly outside the terminal - number 23, cost about €2. Taxis also available as is car hire - all the major operators have offices at Nice airport.
