Le Guilvinec is a perfect for anyone looking for a fishing holiday in Brittany with its fishing port and the Haliotika Sea Fishing Centre, you can discover what a fisherman’s life is really like. This is a traditional French fishing port and lively fish auctions are held at the end of each day. Alternatively, you can enjoy the area's culinary specialities, including biscuits, crêpes, fish and shellfish.

The area enjoys glorious sandy beaches, and is a surfers paradise located only 10km from the “Champions' Paradise”, the Pointe de la Torchethe which is a major surfing centre.

Lying in a natural, harmonious setting, the Residence consists of 2 small 2-storey buildings and houses divided into blocks. The Breton style can be seen in the slate roofs, painted woodwork and interior decoration. The apartments enjoy a view of the sea and the swimming pool or a view of the swimming pool, 2 houses have a view of the sea and the rest have a view of the garden.
