The PV-Holidays Résidence Cap Glenan is located in the most highly-regarded seaside resort in Southern Finistère of Benodet, popular with sailing enthusiasts. The property faces the sea and the Glénan Islands and is only 30m from the beach and a 10-minute walk to village centre. The residence has a heated swimming pool and solarium and the Thalassotherapy Centre is 800m away.
Benodet is an ideal holiday destination as it enjoys a mild climate, beautiful long beaches and a variety of golf courses. The shops and services are only a 10-minute walk away and their is a market opposite the residence every Monday morning.

The Brittany Region
Brittany occupies a large peninsula in the north-west of France, lying between the English Channel to the north and the Bay of Biscay to the south. Its land area is 34,023 km² (13,136 sq mi). The historical province of Brittany is divided into five departments: Finistère in the west, Côtes-d'Armor in the north, Ille-et-Vilaine in the north-east, Loire-Atlantique in the south-east and Morbihan in the south, on the Bay of Biscay.

The Artists’ Route in Cornouaille (1850-1950): the Quimper region and the Odet Valley, the Bay of Douarnenez and Cap Sizun, the Bigouden region, Bénodet, the Baie de la Forêt, plus Concarneau, Pont-Aven, Le Pouldu, Quimperlé, Pays des Avens (15-30 km).
Quimper(18 km) and its 13th – 19th century Saint-Corentin cathedral, the old districts, the Breton Regional Museum, the Fine Art Museum, earthenware factories and potteries, the Jules Verlinghe earthenware museum, the Romanesque Church, the Bishop’s Palace Garden, the theatre and much more.
Finistere Area
Finistère is the region on the west coast of Brittany. Oceanopolis is the main attraction in Brest, a huge marine theme park. Just a few kilometres from the mainland lies the island of Ouessant and the Molne archipelago, rich in wildlife with colonies of grey seals, dolphins and numerous seabirds. The capital is Lampaul.
Roscoffs 19th century merchants houses, narrow alleys and the church of Notre Dame de Croatz are worth a visit. Boat trips run to the Ile de Batz, a tiny offshore island.
Good places to visit include the Océanopolis in Brest and the windy Ile d'Ouessant, Roscoff with its sandy beaches is worth a visit too and Quimper is famous for its pottery and fine gothic cathedral.
Bénodet, with its old harbour and marina, is located at the mouth of the Odet, on the Cornouaille coast.
Two lighthouses, "Le Phare du Coq" and "Le Phare de la Pyramide" (191 steps – 48 metres): a panoramic view of the coast from the Bay of Concarneau to the Eckmühl lighthouse and the Glénan Islands out at sea.
Churches: Saint-Thomas and Notre Dame de la Mer as well as Perguet Chapel.
The Pont de Cornouaille: an elegant 610 m long bridge, overhanging the Odet river by 30 m with a superb view of Bénodet port, Sainte-Marine and the estuary, and the Odet upstream.
Les Vedettes de l’Odet (trips on the Odet, a river bordered by 15 châteaux), the Glénan Islands.
