Residence Pierre & Vacances Le Beach is a very comfortable resort located in the seaside resort of Trouville. The residence which overlooks the sea has its own covered swimming pool and is close to the beach, shops and entertainment. It is situated next to the Trouville Casino.

Trouville is a lively year round seaside resort but it is also an active fishing port. The residence is located opposite the mouth of the La Touque river and is ideally situated close to all the amenties. All the Pierre and Vacances apartments overlook the harbour in Trouville and the sandy beach is very near. There is a heated outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi on-site with deck chairs, sun loungers and parasols. The residence has a bar with terrace, a games room and a children's playground. WiFi internet access is available for a fee.

The town centre is only 200m from Pierre & Vacances Le Beach residence.

- Houlgate (14 km): renowned for its beach and Belle Epoque villas, together with its animated centre.
- Dives-sur-Mer (19 km): well-preserved old town with authentic, appealing charm. See the 14th century covered market and church, the village of William the Conqueror and its craftsmen, antique dealers and the famous "Hostellerie", a former coach inn.
- Cabourg (20 km): a charming seaside resort typical of the Belle Epoque, with its fine sand beach, the casino and the famous Marcel Proust promenade.
