PV-Holidays, Port Bourgenay Holiday Village is a car-free multi-activity holiday village offering apartments and holiday homes to rent. The Pierre & Vacances residence is the perfect choice for a family holiday to the Vendee region as it is only 1 mile from the beach, has a golf course on-site, includes a free children's club and has an aquatic centre with 4 swimming pools.
The village is situated 9km south of Les Sables-d’Olonne and is divided into five districts, “Le Lac” (lake), “Les Portes de l'Océan” (ocean), “Le Golf” (golf), “Le Bocage" (grove) and “Le Domaine du Moulin ” (windmill).
- “Lake”: a lively area with shops and services in the heart of the Village.
- “Ocean“: located in front of the port.
- “Golf”: enjoys a view over the golfing greens and small lakes.
- “Grove”: quiet and wooded surroundings, with views of the grove.
- “Windmill”: a quiet, preserved area spread over several hectares.
The village has excellent facilities and amenities for all the family, inlcuding an aquatic centre made up of 4 outdoor pools of which two are heated, a heated children's paddling pool, deckchairs and mattresses, volleyball, tennis, table tennis, circus, croquet, farm, children’s play area, Sunday adult introductory sports sessions: archery, dance, roller blading, fencing, 18-hole championship golf course, fitness session (Jul & Aug), half-day cycling (hire payable), cabarets and shows (Jul & Aug), outdoor parking.
Some shops and services are located at the harbour (500 m), supermarket (4 km). All shops and services are available in Talmont-St-Hilaire (6 km).

Talmont St Hilaire Area
Close to the Sables-d'Olonnes, Port-Bourgenay is a green place located in a park of 85 hectares between the ocean and pine woods. It is a real village with restaurants and shops situated around a lake and a 18 hole golf course. The beach is accessible by foot or thanks to a "small train".
