The residence is located on the edge of the principality of Monaco and it is located in the lively "Carré Belle Epoque" quarter in Beausoleil. The residence lies in the heart of the marketplace designed by G. Eiffel with a pedestrian street lined with palm trees.

The Pierre Vacances residence is located close to the designer shops and luxury boutiques of the Carré d’Or. It is only
200 m from the magnificent gardens of the Casino de Monte-Carlo, the famous Café de Paris and Hôtel de Paris. The residence is close to the golf club, Monaco conference centre, the Monte-Carlo Country Club and the marina and only 900 m from aThalassotherapy Centre.

The Monte Carlo Region
