Tastefully decorated, it boasts high quality, modern conveniences in its kitchens, lounges, bedrooms and laundry with hospitality to suit your needs. There are balconies on the upper level and off 3 of the large bedrooms. There are patio’s, terraces and outside area’s to relax on. The six bedrooms have king sized beds; one extra length. Twin beds can be supplied on request. Bedrooms have personal safes, hair dryers, toiletries and 100% cotton linen, anti allergic duck down duvets, fans and heaters, quality towels are provided in the five en-suite bathrooms and one private bathroom. Beach towels are available. There is also a separate guest toilet near the living area. There are TVs in most rooms and in the two lounges. The 2 lounges have magnificent sea and mountain views with seating for 14 persons. We have free satellite TV and a computer with Skype/Internet access. There is also wireless internet access.
There is a large dining area with magnificent views of the sea and mountains. There are modular large tables able to be configured to seat 1 to 14 persons.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with all modern conveniences including a , dish washer, stoves and microwaves. Plus all the crockery an cutlery you need.
The two bed roomed apartment has it's own Kitchen with all the facilities to cook your own meals.
There is a separate fully fitted laundry on site with a washing machine; tumble dryers; Iron.
Off street parking for up to 5 cars in this safe tranquil area high above the safe beach village of Fish Hoek.

What to do:
Beach; surf; swim; kayak; sail; fish off shore or deep sea; horse riding; shark viewing; whale watching in season. (end July to early November).
Wine; Constantia wine route, the oldest wine farms in South Africa just 8 miles away; Stellenbosch wine route is 35 minutes drive.
Game viewing; the Cape Point Nature Reserve is 15 minutes drive where the Cape of Good Hope is located. On the way to the reserve visit the penguins in historic Simon's Town. There are many other game, seal, and bird watching experiences available in the area.
Restaurants; Over 30 places to eat in the local area with a wide variety of cuisines and thousands more within Cape Town.
Walking on the Table Mountain National Park or in the Cape Point Nature Reserve where you can view the flora a fauna which is unique to the Cape.

You can walk or drive to the beach and the mountains. You can experience some of the most stunning drives and destinations in South Africa, including the drive to the Cape of Good Hope; Table Mountain National Park to the Constantia wine route; Chapman's Peak to Hout Bay, viewing the 8 km unspoilt white Long Beach.
