The apartment is set on a private complex.it is a first floor apartment.It has got beautiful panoramic sea views from the balcony, the apartment overlooks the pool area which has also been refurbished there is also a kiddies pool.

About fifteen minutes drive from Arricife airport, Puerto Del Carmen has 5 km of sandy beachs. It also has a wide choice of places to eat and drink and is a popular place for holidaymakers from all over the world. There are two parts to the resort 'new town' and the 'old town'.
For nightlife in Puerto Del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of baoules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The 'old town' also offers you a great choice of restaurants serving fish and meat dishes. There is a large selection of bars also, some with live music most nights. While if you head off to the 'new town' area you will find everything from traditional british sports bars to chinese restaurants.

It has one bedroom a double room, it also has bunk beds in another room, there is a single sofa bed in the living room. lounge dining room with Satellite LCD TV plus DVD Player. it has a fully kitted out kitchen including electric hob, kettle, toaster, and fridge.Electric room fan also.
