The Ibiza Region

Ibiza (Catalan: Eivissa) is one of the Balearic Islands located in the Mediterranean, and is a part of Spain. With Formentera, it is one of the two Pine Islands. The major 'city' of the island is Ibiza Town.
The Island of Ibiza is most famously known for its summer parties, with thousands of people flooding in for the big summer club nights. Famous clubs include Space, Pacha, Privilege (ex Ku), Amnesia, DC10, Eden and Es Paradis. They are hosts to parties of international fame such as Cream, Manumission, etc.But, there is also a lot more to Ibiza than the clubbing circuit... it has a thousand-odd years of history here and wonderful architectural and cityscape delights as well as amazing scenery and beaches. IBIZA TOWN is also a top gay holiday destination.

 

Ibiza Town Area

The Villa is located only a minute's walk from the sandy Figueretas beach in Ibiza Town and there is a little nudist beach, 5 minutes walk away, accessed by a little cliff-side steep path. The Salinas and Es Cavallet nudist beaches are a 20-minute bus-ride out of Town...
This villa enjoys all the exceptional advantages of the amenities within the cosmopolitan and vibrant capital city of the island. Whilst it is the capital, it is human-scale enough to be able to walk right across it in 20 minutes or so... it is not a huge place but it offers all the amenities and advantages which come with a city in terms of fantastic shopping, restaurants, cafes, bars and nightlife. Within minutes, one can enjoy a truly fantastic choice of shops...including great-value clothing and shoe shops, delicatessens for the full spread of Spanish cheeses, patés, hams and the like, exceptional bread and cake shops.. and there are supermarkets, too, close-by... and the market has the most amazing choice of fish, meat and other Spanish goodies but you have to be there in the morning (less than 5 minutes walk away). Ibiza Town has a fantastic choice of restaurants for all budgets and tastes + legendary bars and nightlife options - all just minutes away. Everything in cosmopolitan and fashionable Ibiza Town is walkable to. Upon booking this villa, you receive a guide to restaurants from the simple but delightful and delightfully cheap tapas places to recommended gourmet-styled restaurants that are not outrageously expensive either.

The STUDIO - sleeping 1 or 2, is one of only three apartments within the villa so quite unlike staying in a large and often noisy apartment block, staying with all the world and their friends!

The location is very convenient for not only the beach, but bars, restaurants, shopping and the legendary nightlife options of IBIZA TOWN.

The studio has a nice terrace in a garden setting - with table, recliner chairs and parasol. There is a superb swimming pool behind the villa which you can use + the sandy beach, bars and restaurants are only a minute's walk away!

The studio apartment is unsuitable for children because of the open design of staircases and balcony-terraces.
There is a swimming pool behind the villa which you may use as an alternative to the sandy beach which is only a minute's walk away.

The Studio has no views but a nice adjacent terrace in a typical garden setting.
-Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen are included. Spare sets are made available, if required. Minimum maid service is normally weekly. For privacy, the maid will normally only enter if asked, except on Saturday / changeovers.
