Ballyduboy House is set in over 50 acres of parkland and sand dunes with unique direct access to a beautiful long sandy beach. The beach is just a short walk through the property on a totally private non-public roadway. Once on the beach you can walk for miles! At Ballyduboy, children can daily feed the pigs, the ducks, shetland ponies, Vietnamese Pot Bellied Pigs, chickens, pheasants in the farmyard. There is also a play area with swings, slide and a tree house to amuse the little people. Stone cottages in a beautiful and very unique setting that are full of character with plenty of old world charm. Ballyduboy House is a large spacious 5 bedroom cottage sleeping 9 people. Upstairs are 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom together with a toilet and washbasin. Downstairs you will find a family bathroom with walk in shower, large open plan kitchen ...

...and dining room, the living room has a lovely stove fire. There is an additional seating area by the kitchen and the final double bedroom is located downstairs. The house looks onto its own very large garden and has its own garden furniture. There is no WiFi available at the property and mobile coverage can be patchy. Ballyduboy is the ideal retreat where nature abounds and where you can relax and unwind. Available for weekends/long weekends/mid-week or weekly rental. Seasonal rates apply.

Kilmuckridge Village which is just 2 Miles away has 2 good well stocked grocery shops, butchers, off-licence, petrol station, restaurants and bars as well as a beauty salon and hair salon.Only 100km from Dublin, Kilmuckridge has always attracted visitors by its warm welcome and remarkable beach at Morriscastle, one of only two beaches in Ireland to be awarded the green coast award.

Fly to Dublin and drive 1 and a quarter hours to the house. Or alternatively arrive into Rosslare via ferry and drive 45 minutes to the house.

50% of the total cost is required to secure the reservation with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

A fully refundable security/damage deposit of €100 and €10 per day electricity charge applies to each reservation. Strictly by prior agreement, max 2 pets at €45 per pet.

From Mid June trough to end of August reservations are on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. All other times of the year reservations dates are flexible to include weekend, long weekend etc

The childrens playground featuring a tree house and swings/slide is located very close to the house and looks on to another garden with a football goal post and net. Also near here is the enclosure for the adorable Vietnamese Pot Bellied Pigs and the Coney Coney Pigs and the little Shetland Ponies which guests can also feed. An adjacent area houses the birds - geese, ducks, pheasant, partridge and chickens which again can be feed.
