The apartment is refurbished to a high standard; Facilities include dishwasher , washmachine/dryer,TV,DVD, reserved parking etc . there is no broadband and Tv has a small selection of National channels There are two bedrooms – one double bedroom with en suite shower toilet and a small bedroom with twin beds. Main Bath room & fully kitted out kitchen The spacious mezzanine area sleeps 2 ( double bed). This large open pan room is above the lower dining and sitting room area room has the TV /DVD players ; kitted out with a large selection of DVD s games books etc for client use There is a seasonal swimming pool centre next to the apartment ( Waterworld open June - August) & the Blue Flag safe beach is directly across the small quiet road . Nevsail runs sea co steering courses from children and teenagers throughout Summer . Horse ...

...riding can be arranged with a local stables . All information can be accessed in the detailed local activities folder in the apartment. A recently purchased hotel is being refurbished next door . The main Street is a few minutes walk away around the promenade path. The scenic cliff walks can be found both on the East and west ends of the town The peninsula juts out to a network of small roads leading to famous 'Wild Atlantic Way' ; leading routes to spectacular villages like Carrigaholt for Dolphin watching ; Kilbaha, a famine village and toward the Loop Head Lighthouse; as well as spectacular cliff walks and drives on the coast road from Loop Head toward Kilkee ; not to be missed are the unique geological formations to be seen are the ' Bridges of Ross .

The climate is temperate and can be both warm and wet throughout the winter and best seasons for the sun and blue skies are April May & June . July and August are unpredictable but it is never too cold

Driving from Dublin Take the M7 driving west by passing Limerick in the Direction of Shannon Airport Past Ennis Toward Kilkrush next town is Kilkee ... go to seafront drive toward East End and past WaterWorld ; See the Hotel and the apartment is left of Hotel - Park No 9 is in the centre of the sea facing front block.

There is an exterior steps that lead to a large shared terrace with several picnic tables and leads to the entrances of the apartments on this level.
Not suitable for those with babies buggies as the apartment has a flight of stairs to mount to get into the apartment. It is not suitable for animals
