Marbella is famous for its beautiful Old Town with narrow winding streets, designer shops, romantic restaurants and the stunning Orange Square.
We are in a fabulous location, between the old town and the sea,. La Torre de Marbella is situated directly opposite the El Fuerte hotel entrance. To the side of the Alamada Park , which fronts onto the main street ,Avendia Richardo Soriano It is the Park with the fountains and beautiful old tiled seats , we are on the opposite side to where the horse drawn carriage line up is.
The beach is just 75 metres away. So we really have the best of both worlds!
As we are close to the Marbella Marina a trip to Puerto Manus by the hourly ferry is a must! Arrive in the Port by sea as the huge motor cruisers and ocean going yachts do!

Guest satisfaction is of paramount importance to us and our large number of repeat bookings are due to our ongoing investment and commitment to providing extremely well presented, thouroughly clean, well equipped properties.
To reserve the apartment we require a deposit of just 50% of the rental , the balance is not then due until 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. Payments can be accepted in Sterling or Euro and can be made by Cheque or Bank transfer we are also authorised to accept Mastercard and Visa Credit Cards. so whichever is most convenient for you.

We request a seperate payment of 100euro which will only be cashed in the event of actual damage or excessive cleaning being necessary. As we are unable to offer refunds please ensure you have taken out Holiday Insurance Cover

We had very good week in Marbella.Your apartment is in an ideal location for all amenities.We found it very comfortable,clean and had all necessary equipment.We have rented numerous holiday properties over many years and would consider this one of the best.Friendly and helpful concierge. "FANTASTIC APARTMENT" This is my first review but I felt compelled to write this as the apartment was absolutely fantastic. The apartment is well equipped with ample wardrobe space, the balcony was perfect for evening tapas and drinks watching the sun set over the mountains. The location couldn't be better as it's short walk to both the beach and the old town. There are some excellent 'local' shops (thanks Iverna!) where you can find fresh produce and a cheaper alternative to the expensive supermarket on the corner of the street. This was our second visit to Marbella, I wish we had booked this the first time!

If staying in Marbella you cannot find a better place for 2-3 persons. We stayed in studio 914 which was clean, fresh and absolutely perfect for 2 persons. Everything only a few steps away, beach, restaurants, shops etc. We played golf and kept the equipment in the car,which we put in the 24 hour guarded adjacent garage for just EUR 65 per week.
Will go back to Marbella and we will definitely stay here again.

Brilliant little apartment in a fantastic location
We stayed in apartment 914 on the 9th floor from which you could see the old town, mountains and the sea. The location was fantastic - the supermarket is at the end of the road, the sea just over the road in front and the old town just behind the apartment. It's true that you don't need a car because everything is right there.
PERFECT FOR OUR STAY 5 out of 5
Great place in the most perfect/central area- in between the beach and the old town (orange square etc). Communication was simple and quick and our stay was made because we were in the such a central location. Only thing is that I had to park about 10 mins walk away to avoid expensive parking fees. If you can do it without car there are many taxis around and Nikki Beach is only 15mins away. If you need a car- imagine being in central London with regards to parking!! Back to the apartment though... everyone on the front desk is friendly, kind and helpful. The apartment had all the mod cons you require and we felt really comfortable and at home. Fab value for money in an area that is normally so expensive! Many thanks we will book again!! xx
