Golf is available at Stradbally and boat hire at Brandon Quay. River fishing is available at the nearby Owenmore River, which is full of salmon, grilse & trout. The Coast House is within walking distance (2 km) of the village of Cloghane, where there is a shop with artisan bakery, a church, 2 pubs with traditional music and a walking trail. The house is decorated with pieces from a local artist. The Coast House is very comfortable with all the modern conveniences including power-showers. in-house vacuum system and high gates, making it secure. The garden has ambient lighting, a lawn, rockeries, a patio area for BBQs etc and plenty of parking. PETS ARE ALLOWED, BUT HOME OWNER MUST BE TOLD AT TIME OF BOOKING. NO CAMPING IS ALLOWED IN THE GARDEN
