6 Bedroom House With Private Beach Access In Stunning Location

STUNNING, UNIQUE AND SPECIAL - Ballyduboy has many modern conveniences, but it has retained its old world charm, character and atmosphere. The cottage is set in over 50 acres of secluded gardens with an orchard, parkland, woods, and wild flowers. Access to the property is via security gates and once inside there is completely private access to its own private sand dunes, surf and beautiful beach. The beach, which you can walk for miles, is just a short walk through the property on a quiet, private, non-public road. Simply stunning and one of a kind, the entire property is a private nature reserve and bird sanctuary. In winter, one can enjoy long walks on the beach or through the woods, and come back to a warm crackling log fire. In summer, there is the endless surf and waves splashing on to ...

...our long sandy beach. Ballyduboy is the ideal retreat where nature abounds and where you can relax and unwind. The Orchard had 6 double bedrooms (sleeps 13) , one of which is an ensuite double bedroom, 2 family bathrooms with shower, large open plan kitchen and dining/living room with an additional WC downstairs. The living area has a lovely stove fire with a 3 seater sofa, a 2 seater sofa and an armchair. There is a TV and a DVD player for entertainment. The dining table comfortably seats 8 people and 10 a little more snugly! The house looks onto its own very large garden and orchard and of course the beach is just a short stroll away. There is no WiFi available at the property and mobile coverage can be patchy.
