Fancy a challenge? How about Hell and back!

Dubbed the toughest 10km in the country, Hell and Back certainly lives up to the title. A running race with a difference, held in the grounds of the Kilruddery estate, near Bray, Co Wicklow and brings participants over the Little Sugar Loaf mountain, through dense forest and swamp land.

Competitors must overcome a number of man-made obstacles including log walls, tyre pits and a wire crawl. You can run the event solo or as part of a team. As there is no relay category, all racers must complete the entire course.

So for those of you tough enough (or crazy enough) the race is on 3rd February and selling out quick!
