Villa Pescada is located in Mouraria, a village that offers you total privacy and the peace of the countryside without being away from the animation that Albufeira has to offer. In Albufeira Camping centre, 1.7km from home you will find a Pastry Shop, Supermarket, Bars, Disco, Pizza, Laundry, Tennis, Water Slide and Self Service. Clube de Albufeira is 1.8km with a restaurant and Multibanco service.

Many good supermarkets like Lidl, Modelo and Pingo Doce available nearby. In Albufeira Old Town (2 km) you will find the great beaches Praia do Peneco and Fisherman's, also restaurants, shops, banks and pharmacies. Fun guaranteed for those who like nightlife, with the bars with cocktails, giant screens with Sky Sports weekly football games, live music and karaoke.

Bus station is here and buses to theme parks (Zoomarine, Krazyworld and Aqualand) pass nearby. Oura is 7 minutes drive with its many bars, fabulous discos and the popular strip where beautiful girls are waiting for you.

The Algarve Region

The front side of the property has private swimming pool that measures 9m x 4,5m, depth - 1.00m x 2. 20m, with its own shower, barbecue and table and chairs to eat all fresco with lovely countryside view. There is a large mature garden with exotic trees, different kind of plants, has beautiful views. Also a patio with its own private pool, sun loungers and umbrellas for exclusive use of the guests. Alongside the pool is a further seating /dining area and a barbecue. Electronic gate access to the property. There is space inside for parking your car with shade. Car hire or taxi use is necessary for this property.

This house is secluded, great for those who love privacy and need to rest and relax. Perfect for adults, children and families. With 3 bedrooms and one extra bed for one adult or child, this property sleeps maximum 6 persons. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedrooms cabinets and fans. This house as a good sized living room overlooking the pool with comfortable sofas, Satellite TV with English channels, dining table. It has access to the pool area with amazing countryside view. The dining room is set on the living room with table and chairs for seating six persons comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances.

- Payment is in Euros.

- Arrival hour is any time from 3.00 pm and departure hour is until 10.00 am.

- Security: the amount of 100€ in cash is required for security breakage of the house equipment. This must be paid on arrival day and will be refunded on departure day providing no damage or loss occurred in the property.

- House and linen provided. Please bring your own pool, beach towels and plugs adapters.

We had the most relaxing family holiday at Villa Pescada. The Villa was beautifully presented with a crystal clear swimming pool, surrounded by typical Portugese countryside. The welcome pack provided for our arrival was very much appreciated. From the moment we arrived until the end of our holiday the Villa Owners could not do enough for us, always aiming to make our stay the best possible. The bustling town of Albufeira was a short drive or taxi ride away, with it's plentiful bars, restaurants and shops, and provided entertainment for all age groups. Thank you for a lovely holiday. We were fascinated by the villa, the owners and yourself.

We had a fantastic holiday, everything was perfect the only problem it was a very short stay only 6 nights, but nevertheless we had a most enjoyable time.

The boys loved the pool area, BBQ and had lots of fun, we will sure be booking this villa again, probably next year. With all amenities nearby and the fantastic weather, we couldn't ask for anything more. The tranquility of the countryside and the peace and quiet from the town area was magnificent. We surely will recomend this villa to anybody.
