This well appointed, detached, single storey 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom holiday home is fully air-conditioned with high ceilings giving a spacious feel throughout the home. There is an outdoor private, south-facing, screened pool with an outside eating area and loungers for your use. The pool area can be accessed from both the living room and master bedroom. A further access from the pool to the master ensuite bathroom provides easy shower access without having to go through the house.

Master Bedroom 1
This Master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, TV, full en-suite with double sized shower and walk-in wardrobe which has a digitally coded safe available for guest use.

Master Bedroom 2
This bedroom also has a full en-suite (shower over bath), fitted wardrobe and a small TV for guest use.

2 Twin Bedrooms
These bedrooms share the third full bathroom (shower over bath) and both have fitted wardrobes.

The Great Room
This provides a large open plan living area, incorporating the main living area with 1 double sofa bed and a second sofa. There is a TV with digital channels, DVD player, stereo and a large collection of DVDs suitable for use by guests of all ages.
The main dining area has a 6 seat capacity while the brekfast area accommodates a further 4 for meal times. There is access to the pool area from the great room.

The Kitchen is in the centre of the home and is fully fitted with double sink, dishwasher, cooker, microwave and fridge freezer.

The Florida - Orlando Disney Area Region

The Manors at Westridge is a gated community, located on US27 Highway, just 4 miles South of the 192 Highway and approximately 5 miles drive south to I-4.

Easy access from the house to major attractions such as DisneyWorld (15 minute drive), SeaWorld (International Drive), Universal Studios (International Drive), Wet 'n' Wild water park and many more.

Nearest Shopping outlets (Premium Outlet at Exit 68 (150 shops) on the I-4 and a larger Premium Outlet (180 shops) at Exit 75A (top end of International Drive) as well as many Shopping Malls around the Orlando area provide temptation.

Davenport Area

Berry Town Center is approximately 5 minutes drive from the house and has a PUBLIX supermarket (open from 8am to 10pm) and some take-aways.
APPLEBEE's which is a restaurant and sports bar is also located here and the food is very reasonable. A CVs pharmacy is also available at this cross-section.

There is also a medical facility at the Berry Town Center.

There are many golf courses nearby, the closest being Highlands Reserve which is even closer than Berry Town Center. Other golf courses include: Polo Park, Champion's Gate.

Champion's Gate also has a spa at the five star hotel.

Getting There

DIRECT flights from Dublin to Orlando with AER LINGUS. NOTE: Advantage of this option is the ability to complete US Immigration and Customs prior to your outward flight.

INDIRECT flights available from: American Airlines, British Airways, United Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, US Airways, Continental among others.

CAR HIRE: Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar all available onsite at the airport. I would recommend that you book your car before arriving in Florida.
