The apartment is situated in the Quinta Velha aparthotel and has use of the swimming pools in Quinta da Gomeira. It comes with one bedroom with twin beds, a kitchenette and living area with sofa bed and a large sun terrace.

The apartment is located on the second floor and there is a lift available for guests use.
