This beautifully appointed villa, in the quiet gated Sanctuary at West Haven, is finished to the highest standards. The open and spacious living and dining areas welcome the Florida sunshine every morning. 5 large bedrooms (including a master suite, 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms) provide plenty of sleeping options. The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor provide easy access for all. Two dining area provide options for casual and more formal dining while there are plenty of seating options for relaxing or watching TV.

In addition the fabulous gulf beaches of Tampa, St Petersburg and Clearwater are an hour away on Interstate 4.
For the sports fans, check out the Orlando Magic (Basketball), Tampa Bay Buccaneers (American Football),
Tampa Bay Rays (Baseball) and the Tampa Bay Lightning (Ice Hockey). Family tickets packages are usually available for home games.
