Murcia
The region's capital, now a laid-back university city, straddles the Río Segura and boasts a remarkable past.
Several museums, like the Museo Arqueológico and Museo Salzillo, delve into the city's amazing history and thankfully, the enthralling cathedral still stands for you to marvel at. Don't miss the cathedral's stunning 15th-century Gothic Capilla de los Vélez and be sure to climb the 92m tower for an astounding view.

Cartagena
This seaside city has a rich history dating back to 223 BC Cartagena's name actually has its origins from this time, when Hasdrubal renamed the village Carthago Nova (New Carthage). The Arabs then smoothed it to Cartajana.

Today it's home to Spain's largest naval base , more importantly, it hosts some fascinating vestiges of its Roman and Carthaginian heritage

Mazarrón
The town of Mazarrón and its Mediterranean port offer access to 35km of blessed beaches.
Hanging around the port and market, you'll soon notice Mazarrón now thrives on the sea... it's a suitably lovely place to delve into seafood.

There are dozens upon dozens of festivals celebrated throughout Murcia each year. Here are just a few!
January
Murcia (city) celebrates Los Reyes Magos (Three Kings). It's great for kids – during the grand parades, presents are thrown to adoring children lining the route.

February
Carnival takes grip in much of Spain in February, and Murcia is no exception – enjoy! For the biggest celebration in Murcia, head to the coastal community of Águilas.

April
Easter is great time to be in Murcia. The town of Lorca is known to host the most fervent and vibrant Semana Santa (Holy Week) celebrations and processions in the entire nation

May
Each May 3 Caravaca de la Cruz's celebrates the festivities of The Holy Cross. On the eve of this holy celebration is the fiesta of Caballos del Vino (The Horses of Vino). Unbelievably clad horses are paraded and raced up to the castle. It's truly a colourful spectacle.
Each July, San Javier hosts the popular San Javier International Jazz Festival.

August
The mining town of La Unión near Cartagena hosts the Cante de las Minas (Song of the Mines) each August. This is one of the world's largest flamenco festivals, with well-know singers as well as young artists.

September
From the first Friday of the month until the Monday, 10 days later, Murcia (city) celebrate the Fiestas de Septiembre. During this period, there is a grand fair for all ages

Step outside and you have a superb shared garden and swimming pool, with separate children's pool.
The complex also has children's play area, floodlit tennis courts, squash courts, football pitches.
It also has it’s own town centre where you will find a supermarket, restaurants, bar and golf shop.

This apt is in Jardine de Alhama on the 2nd level of a pretty two story white house with sunroof terrace which is fully furnished with dining table and chairs and garden suite and part covered for sun shade. It overlooks the pool and garden and golf course and surrounding mountains.
A ten minute walk from the apartment is the "Al Kasar" town centre that has the "Clover" Irish theme bar and an Italian and Spanish style restaurant plus a well stocked supermarket that is open all day. The resort has 24 hour security at the entrance gates preventing public access to the residential areas, pools and resort facilities.

For the beach lovers there is 'Blue Flag' beaches only 15 minutes drive from the resort.

The Condado de Alhama Golf Urbanisation at Alhama de Murcia
The Condado de Alhama Golf Urbanisation offers a selection of practical holiday and residential properties within a secure and landscaped environment, the residential accommodation wrapped around the 18 hole, 72 par Jack Nicklaus signature Golf Course.

The resort is located within the Alhama de Murcia municipality, with good connections to both theCapital City of Murcia, Cartagena, the Costa Cálida coastal areas of Murcia and the interior of the Region of Murcia.
The urbanisation is half an hour from the San Javier airport and 1 hour 30 minutes from Alicante airport and there are train connections at Alhama de Murcia and Totana.

The beaches of Mazarrón are just a 15 minute drive from the resort, with over 30 different beaches to enjoy, offering some of the best diving in the Mediterranean and a sporting yacht port. Close by is the historic thermal spa town of Alhama de Murcia, nestled at the foot of theSierra Espuña, a pine clad haven for walkers, cyclists and lovers of the outdoors. The nearby Mar Menor offers safe, sandy beaches and non-tidal salt waters, being the largest salt water lake in Europe, a focal point for sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and water sports.

Cartagena, Murcia and Lorca are all within a 40 minute drive, offering large shopping centres and a wide programme of cultural activities and sporting facilities.

The nearby residential development of Camposol with over 3000 full time ex-pat residents, theHacienda del Álamo in Fuente Álamo, and the proximity of the other Polaris developments and Mar Menor ensure that there are a good number of active clubs, societies and English language support available for residents and visitors, as well as a good range of services available in English.

The Condado de Alhama Golf development is being built by Polaris world, and the first phase of 3000 properties has been completed, although the long-term plans are to build 30,000 properties on the resort. However, the property market slowdown renders it likely that the resort will remain at this size in the forseeable future, giving residents excellent facilities.

Individual properties and apartments of various sizes are set around the main 18 hole golf course, and the resort has football pitches, tennis, padel, squash and sports club facilities, as well as over 20 swimming pools for the use of residents, and a retail centre, with bar and restaurant facilities

Where is the Condado de Alhama Urbanisation?
The Condado de Alhama is located in the Alhama municipality, in the South-west area of the Region of Murcia. Murcia itself is in southern Spain and is the sunniest province in Spain.
The resort enjoys good connections linking it to the rest of Murcia and major arterial routes throughout Spain.

Rental Details

Please Note:
For all bookings there is an EXTRA compulsory charge of €58.40 for the meet & greet and after cleaning which is payable directly to property manager.
A member of our property management team will be in company uniform at the security gate house at the approx time of arrival completed on the booking form. The guests will be taken through security please ensure the lead guest have a passport or driving license to hand as details will need to be given to security along with the apartment number and departure date. After security details have passed, our staff will take them to your apartment. Here they will be shown how the apartment to the resort operates including TV, air-con, where the trash is disposed along with points to visit on the resort shops bars supermarkets etc.
Washing up of any description or cleaning of BBQ NOT included. apt should be left with basic clean up done before departure.

All bookings are subject to availability .
20% non-refundable deposit is due at booking stage, the balance is payable 4 weeks prior to date of arrival.
If the total rental is less than €100 full payment is required on booking.
For bookings made within 4 weeks of the start of the rental period the full rental is payable on booking.

Optional extras, which are also payable to our on site property manager, include a mid-stay linen change and a welcome pack.
Please bring your own beach/pool towels.
