This apartment is in an excellent location 100 metres from the casinos and the famous hotel Negresco. Restaurants, shops and Eanglish language cimema all within easy walking distance.
The apartment is on the second floor of a Classic Nicois building. There is a lift in the building.Although small , it is very well appointed and very comfortable. It is situated on a busy street but is at the rear of the building and is quiet at night.
