El Sueño ( the Dream) is a rare find for those looking for a Lanzarote villa and we are delighted to be able to offer it to our clients. Set on a corner plot in a cliff top location in the most prestigious residential area in Puerto del Carmen the villa has panoramic sea views over the harbour and out to Fuerteventura. The harbour is just a ten minute walk away along the coastal walkway.
The villa has extensive terracing both shaded and sunny for you to enjoy these wonderful views. The newly extended covered shaded area is perfect for al-fresco dining.. Sunbeds and umbrella are provided for relaxing around the pool which is heated in the Winter months – November to April.
There are superb views out across the terrace, pool and the sea from the bay windows of the beautiful lounge. The living accommodation is semi open plan. There is an archway from the lounge through to the newly installed kitchen/diner. The large pillared entrance hall leads through to the lounge, kitchen and bedroom area.
There are three large bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms. All the bathrooms have been refurbished, 2 are en-suite, one with shower and one with bath and shower over. The third bathroom is a magnificent large room with top of the range fittings and a very large walk in shower.
We are delighted to say the villa now has internet access and air conditioning. So you can relax and enjoy your holiday and do a little work if you have to!! If you are looking for a luxury villa in Lanzarote this magnificent villa with panoramic sea views is in the best (we think) location in Puerto del Carmen. Stay here and you too can enjoy the Dream!

El Sueno is a really wonderful sea front villa located in a quite residential area of Puerto del Carmen.
I've been four times over the last two years, in January, April and august and every holiday was unforgettable.
El Sueno is very well furnished in modern and design style.
You can find everything you need: plasma tv with Sky, Stereo HiFi, WiFi internet access, well equipped kitchen with induction hob, hot and cold air conditioning...
The pool is nice, heated during cold period, not so big, but large enough for six people. Cleaning is provided every two days.
There is a supermarket within few minutes walk with most things you could need for your stay.
The main beach is about 15 min. walk.
The villa manager is very kind and available for everything you need.
I recommend this villa to everyone looking for a 'quality and charming' stay in Lanzarote. Alberto Oct 2012.
A great holiday.We booked through the very efficient Lanzarote Leisure Villas and they gave us excellent service over the course of the two weeks. El Sueno was indeed 'the dream'. A beautiful villa with fabulous views over the sea and the harbour. Taylor's Tavern, our local, was only 3 minutes away, as was the supermarket and Mario's restaurant, and it was only a short walk to the lovely Old Town. We'll be going again. Oct 2012
El Sueno really is a Dream. We have just returned from our June holiday. The villa is very spacious yet feels cosy and welcoming. Beautiful kitchen & bathrooms. The extended covered terrace is super for relaxing and enjoying the view and then of course there is the pool. The villa has lots of little finishing touches that make it special. The location is perfect.
The team abroad John & Elaine (management) & Derek who looks after the pool are always happy to help if you need them.

For this villa there is no improvement possible. The location was brilliant and the views stupendous. The villa itself was beautifully decorated and outfitted and we felt as though we had borrowed a friend’s super holiday villa, with everything we needed included and available.
Main points: The villa was well above our expectations. Perfectly clean. Excellently equipped. Swimming pool fabulous. Facilities were absolutely everything we needed. Great management services.
