Las Brisas is a two bedroom semi-detached bungalow set off the main walkway in a cul de sac with just one other villa. The benefits of this are no passing pedestrian traffic. The lounge/ dining and kitchen area are open plan in a traditional style. The main bedroom is a double and has a newly refurbished en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is a twin room and there is a full family bathroom that has also been fully refurbished. Both bedrooms have aircon available. The villas own enclosed garden to the front is equipped with patio furniture, sunbeds and a barbecue. Food pack included.
The location of this villa away from the pool (although only a 2 minute walk) means that you can relax on your terrace without the pool noise exeperienced by villas that are closer. There is a very large main pool and also a children's pool watched over regularly by a life guard.
The development of Las Brisas is very well run. The gardens, pool and outside areas are very well kept. Reception offers any help required, will deal with any maintenance queries and offers a whole range of other services including paying for the use of aircon in the villa. Free pool towels are provided from the reception for your stay.There is free wi fi available in and around the bar area. Airport transfers are available to pre book.

The Lanzarote Region

Lanzarote is a volcanic island that lies just 60 miles of the West Coast of Africa. It has an all year round warm climate with average temperatures between 21C and 29C (70F - 85F). This makes it a popular destination for a bit of Winter sun as well as a great summer destination. Places to vist : Montana del Fuego (Fire Mountain) is a must for young and old - camels, geisers and an active volcano! The Cactus Garden. Mirador del Rio restaurant and view point, Haria, Water Park, Cesar Manrique museum - we could go on and on!

Playa Blanca Area

Wonderful beaches like Papagayo, Playa Dorada and Fl;aimino are close by in Playa Blanca. The rocky coastline at Herbederos and El golfo are also worth a visit. Hotel Yaiza has a kids club called Kikoland open to non residents - great if Mums and Dads want to relax for a while. The new Rubicon Marina is well worth a visit. Bowling alley near here. There is a lovely walk, paved and ideal for wheelchairs and baby buggies, that runs all along the coast from the lighthouse at the western end of Playa Blanca round towards the Rubicon and the Papagayo beaches at the eastern end of the resort. You can take the ferry from Playa Blanca across to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura.

The garden is laid partly to terrace and partly to picon garden area. It is enclosed with a gate and surrounded by tropical plants.

Rental Details

The main pool at las brisas is very large, surrounded by sunbeds and has a lifeguard on duty most of the time. It has a separate shallow childrens pool attached to the main pool. It is electrically heated from Nov-April inclusive.

Guest Book

This is a lovely villa on a well maintained and run site. The villa has everything you need from a washing machine to cd player and a rack with lots of books for you to swap with ones you have read.
The air conditioning made it easier to sleep at night. A Lovely heated pool that the children enjoyed and a club house offering entertainment including a quiz night which was great fun and a bbq with good food at great value. We look forward to returning!
