The villa constructed on one floor, has five large double bedrooms and four bathrooms (two with en-suite bathrooms) all bedrooms have windows leading to the gardens, and two lead on to an enclosed terrace covered with pergola and backing on to the hills, making it an ideal relaxing area. The double lounge with lava walls and log fire lead on to two terraces with pergolas, both overlooking the pool and ocean. Sky satellite TV, DVD player and radio are in the other part of the lounge and a dining area is in the far part of the lounge, the kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob and oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster with window overlooking the gardens and sea. The private pool has terraces all around and shaded areas. It is a walk in pool, with debth of max 1.60 m it is 70 sqmt L shaped, salt cleaned, and heated by solar panels and electric heat pump. It has a marble round table and four stools, ideal for sipping a cold drink while keeping yourself cool. The gardens have fully grown trees, palm trees, and lemon and orange trees, as well as cactus. It has a drive in for three cars and loads of parking. The size of the area make it an ideal rental villa for a family three generation gathering, hen or stag parties, and corporate bookings.

The Lanzarote Region

Lanzarote has an all year round steady climate with temperatures in the mid 20´s all round. The Atlantic ocean is very clean and very flat in this side of the island, as the predominent winds are North East making the north part of the island, about twenty minutes drive a heaven for waves. ie surfers, windsurfers and kite surfers. During the winter months the winds are rather light and the sun is still strong but pleasant, whereas in the summer, months the winds keep the temperatures steady and not humid. The Timanfaya Volcano park is only 20 minutes drive and it is an experience of a life time. Playa Chica the centre of Diving and jet skii is 5 minutes drive, 18 hole golf course is as well a 5 minute drive. Puerto Calero, with its fashionable shops, restaurants and bars is 5 minute drive, and so is the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen with its lovely fish restaurants.

The cactus gardens, Jameos del Agua, Mirador del Rio, the Castillo de San Jose, Cesar Manrique foundation are just some of the places to visit, a sunday market in Teguise is a must, Carneval is normally a week in February, The Cesar Manrique Tropheo Regatta is held every mid October in Puerto Calero, The Iron Man tritattalon is held in May in Puerto del Carmen. Sport Fishing Competition is held on September in Puerto Calero.

Getting There

Lots of flights available to Lanzarote, car hire on internet ie Cabrera Medina, Autos Feber, taxi available at airport as well as car hire can be collected and dropped at airport. Distance to villa 15 minutes price taxi around 15 Euros. Map of how to get there will be sent on booking.
