New ground floor, well equipped apartment with two bedrooms, the master room benefits from an ensuite. Both bedrooms have two single beds in each complete with fitted wardrobes. Fold away beds are available for larger parties.
The complex offers a safe environment complete with a large swimming pool, putting green and communal gardens with childrens play area. Encosta has its own separate BBQ area for you to enjoy.
Close by are some of the best beaches on the Algare. Gale beach provides watersports centres including jet skis and banana boating. There are some beautiful secluded coves to enjoy the sun and sea within a short drive. There are some excellent bars and restaurants within walking distance. Mini markets and a larger supermarket are close by.
The nearby Town of Guia hosts a market on Friday mornings, Zoomarine and the large Algare Shopping Mall.

The Algarve Region
The Algarve is situated in the south of Portugal and benefits from an excellent all year round climate. June, July and August being the hottest months, an ideal time for sun worshippers. Even during winter temperatures can be very pleasant making the Algarve an all year round destination for vacations and short breaks.
Away from the well known tourist areas it is not hard to find traditional Portuguese villages to enjoy. You can visit craft shops, fishing villages and areas of historical interest. Sagres is the most southern town in Europe and boasts stunning views. The old Roman town of Silves is well worth a visit. Also recommended is the town of Lagos with plenty of restaurants dotted around the square where time seems to have stood still.
There are some of the best golf courses in Europe within easy access including the challenging Salgadas Course and the world famous Old Course in Villamoura. The area also caters for those with higher handicaps and has plenty of suitable courses within a short drive.
Albufeira Area
Vale de Parra is situated around 4kms west of Albufeira and is an ideal base to enjoy all that the Algarve has to offer. From the safe sandy beaches of Gale and Salgados to the excellent restaurants serving the local cuisine and wine.
Close by are the dolphins and attractions at Zoomarine, Waterslide Parks and Algarve Shopping (the largest shopping centre in Albufeira).
Within a short drive is the Marina at Albufeira. Where you can book a trip to go deep sea fishing or out for the day on organised trips. You can also view the multi-coloured buildings built around this modern marina.
Albufeira just a five minute drive is host to many bars and restaurants in the Old Town Square and the lively Montechorro Strip.
There is so much to do that no one should get bored! Most people will fall in love with the area and return time and time again.

Renewable breakages deposit of 150 euros is payable on arrival, refunded on your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Non refundable deposit of 25% of the rental fee require to secure booking, remainder payable 6 weeks before start of rental period.

The apartment has on suite facilities and a shower room. Both are equipped with wc's and wash hand basins. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes all equipment including washing machine,dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven. The large lounge and dining area is equipped with tv, dvd/cd player and dining room table and chairs.
The living room and master bedroom open out on to the terrace through double patio doors. The terrace overlooks the communal garden which benefits from the sun all afternoon.
