The Villa Hibiscus is situated in a quiet residential area and yet is a short walk to the beach and the promenade with all it's shops, bars, restaurants. There are 3 bedrooms, one double and two twin, with two fully tiled seperate bathrooms.
There is a lovely lounge diningroom with Satellite TV, CD, DVD player. A selection of books, games and magazines are there for you to enjoy during your stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer.
There is a lovely Bar B Q area with seating outside and a covered eating area with patio furniture.
There are sunloungers and a parasol provided beside the heated pool.
What to Do: There are many attractions in Lanzarote, such as AquaLanza WaterPark,Timanfaya National Park, El Golfo crater, El Jardin del Cactus, Rancho Texas Theme Park, Puerto Calero Harbour, Whale and Dolphin museum and for golf lovers, there is a wonderful Golf course in Costa Teguise and another newly opened in Tias There are many watersport facilities available near the harbour. The Lanzarote Region
Lanzarote is closer to Africa than Spain and drier than parts of the Sahara. It is the archipelago's most easterly island.
In this Land of 100 Volcanoes (in fact, there are over 300), the largest and most visible is Fire Mountain, which lies at the heart of the island. Its major eruption was back in 1730 and has left a legacy of landscapes sublimely tinted red and shadowed by eerie basalt formations.
Lanzarote has over 80 beaches, where you will find turquoise clear waters, wide sandy beaches, popular with families, naturists, windsurfers, barbeques, and divers. Some of the island's beaches are covered with black volcanic sand but many are golden. This geographical proximity to Africa is often overlooked by visitors dining on Spanish-style tapas, paella and creative Canarian cuisine at the island's many excellent restaurants.
Lanzarote receives less rainfall than parts of the Sahara desert, falling on an average of only 16 days per year, usually between December and February.
Puerto del Carmen Area
Puerto del Carmen is the most popular resort on the island. From a small fishing village, it has evolved into a major tourist resort. With its long beaches, calm and clear waters and facilities like deep sea diving, water-skiing, windsurfing etc, it is a great place for people-watching. The nightlife has much to choose from and the choice of food and restaurants is superb.

Getting There
Flights available direct from Dublin, Cork and Shannon to Arrecife. It is a four hour flight.
Try Aer Lingus, but also some of the travel agencies, Budget Travel, Panorama, Falcon etc.
transfer from Arrecife airport to the villa is only about 10mins and costs about 10 euro.

Rental Details
Cots and high chairs can be arranged. A foldaway bed can be organised for a seventh person if required.
The pool does not have a shallow end. Children should wear armbands all day.
