The beautiful villa is furnished to a high standard, with spectacular 10 mile views over the coastline of Peyia and Pathos. There are three lovely bedrooms each with it's own baLcony, chairs and tables . One bedroom has a king sized bed , the other two rooms have twin beds that can be joined together if required. All bedrooms have thier own individual colour scheme , voils to diffuse the sunlight , and blackout blinds . All rooms have fitted wardrobes with hangers, clocks and ceiling fans as well as air conditioning.The villa and all the furnishings are brand new.
The lounge has 2 brand new leather sofas and a reclining leather chair, a flat screen TV and HI Fi and DVD centre.The dining room seats 6 and the kitchen has full amenities including dishwasher.

If you want a relaxing holiday by the pool just watching the sun go down with a glass of local wine or want to explore the Island you are ideally situated.Cyprus has over 300 days of sunshine.With all its ancient history,beautiful coast,the troudos mountains and friendly people there is so much to explore .The akamas pininsular in the west ,the mountains in the centre and the capital Nicosia all ready for you to make your holiday an experience you will want repeat again.

Polis is on the north coast,the sea caves are to the west of Peyia, There is also the nature reserve on the Akamas peninsular,Pathos with its habor,the Adonis Falls, the Aphrodite baths and two golf courses .The tomb of the Kings and various other archeological and historical sites, local pottery and craft shops , a water park and bird and animal park are all close by. including local nature reserves such as Lara bay which has a turtle hatchery and lovely sandy beach , all within 45 mins drive from the villa.

Fly to Pathos or Larnaca Airport (Pathos Airport is about 0.5 hour drive to the villa)(Larnaca airport is about a 1.5 hour drive).
