The spacious ,fully air-conditioned open-plan living/dining areas equipped with satellite TV,DVDplayer,X-BOX and working fireplace and large dining table the luxury kitchen with hand made cabinets and granite work surfaces including dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, ceramic hob and microwave. One bedroom is situated on the ground floor with double bed ,separate dressing area and private shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms.One with double bed with an adjacent luxury bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi corner bath and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms have access to the upper terrace with the spacious views of the dam. Down in the basement which can be reached from the pool area is a separate games room/gymnasium and gym equipment.The fourth bedroom has twins’ beds and a separate shower room Outside the large swimming pool 12m X 6m .There is a big garden and grass surrounded the pool,6 sunbeds,umbrellas,table and chairs. The Paphos District Region
The whole town of Paphos is included in the Unesco list of cultural and natural list of world heritage.Paphos is full of history which dates back thousands of years. Today it is a small harbour town, but in Hellenistic and Roman times it was the capital of Cyprus. Still under the spell of her beauty goddess, the area retaining her magic has remained intact over time. It seduces its visitors with its majestic landscapes, lovely coastline, historical treasures and delightful villages where tradition is still a way of life. Kept in harmony with nature are divine medieval monasteries, which lie peacefully in the Pathos heartland.
Polis Area
About 15 minutes drive from Peristerona is one of the' up and coming areas in Cyprus .The town of Polis , huddled around a pedestrian's square with a wide selection of restaurants, taverns and cafes.
The next village is Latchi.This pretty harbour village is situated on the north-west coast of the island, on the broad sweep of Chrysochou Bay, and looking eastwards to Pomos. Latchi Harbour where you will find traditional fishing boats alongside modern yachts. On the harbourside is an excellent selection of fish restaurants serving a large variety of traditional cypriot food. During the day time Latchi has a wide range of water sports available as well as two diving schools.
