The Paphos District Region

Polis Area

Ayia Marina a village a short distance from Polis about 15 minutes drive. Polis is one of the' up and coming areas in Cyprus The town of Polis huddled around a pedestrian's square with a wide selection of restaurants, taverns and cafes, The next village is Latchi.This pretty harbour village is situated on the north-west coast of the island, on the broad sweep of Chrysochou Bay, and looking eastwards to Pomos. Latchi Harbour where you will find traditional fishing boats alongside modern yachts. On the harbourside is an excellent selection of fish restaurants serving a large variety of traditional cypriot food. During the day time Latchi has a wide range of water sports available as well as two diving schools.
