The chalets are identical, brand new and equipped to a high standard with a light, large open living area with stunning floor to ceiling picture windows to capture the fantastic mountain views. The living area has three big comfy leather sofas, a large logburner, TV/CD/DVD/ipod connection & Broadband, table big enough to seat 12/14 guests, a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine & tumble dryer separate in garage downstairs.
The 2 bathrooms are newly fitted tiled in blue & white, with ample hotwater for showering!
The 4 bedrooms are twin bedded with large comfy mattresses, cotton linen and big fluffy white towels, all bedrooms have views 2 have balconies with french doors. The chalet is detached with a private outdoor wooden terrace, patio furniture and BBQ and parking for 2/3 cars and safe playing area around the chalet for sledging. football with no traffic.
The chalet is in a peaceful location surrounded by beautiful mountain views, fresh mountain air and access to mountain walking tracks on your doorstep. The ample garage has storage for skis, snowboards, bikes and separate drying/storage racks area for ski gear/walking boots after a day up the mountain enjoying the snow or summer walking!

The Rhone/French Alps Region
The Grand Massif offers fantastic winter skiing with 265km of varied piste linking from Morillon, Samoens, Les Carroz, Sixt to Flaine at 2600m. This is a traditional french resort with original rustic wooden farmhouses, reasonably priced skipases and restaurants serving authentic savoyarde food at realistic family friendly pric.es. In the summer enjoy white water rafting, take your bike up the chairlift and cycle back to the chalet, pony trek along the bubbling Giffre River, take in the waterfalls at Sixt after an exhilarating mountain walk and stop for lunch up the mountain to cool off over freshly cooked savoyard omelettes and chilled wine. The summer weather is hot 25-30 degrees centigrade and cold at night. Samoens is a mediaeval town with restaurants, shops, a famous alpine garden and a beautiful church, working fromagerie and many boulangeries.
Samoens Area
Samoens has an ice rink in winter, a small train to do a local tour of the town, a working fromagerie, lots of souvenir shops, cafes, restaurants, boulangeries and bars. There is an express skilift here as well as Vercland and Morillon to take you to Samoens 1600 linking to Flaine. There is a lake at Samoens and Morillon with adventure high wire parks, horse riding, swmming, trampolines, cycling tracks, cafes, archery, tennis & volleyball courts. You can hire bikes, book to go white water rafting, take a guide up the mountain to Sixt for rockclimbing, go canyoning in the many gorges, hot air ballooning at Les Carroz or follow the mountain tracks and take lunch in a mountain restaurant accessible by foot or 4x4 only.
Annecy is an hours drive away and is a mdiaeval city with a beautiful lake and interesting shops and architecture. Mont Blanc is 40 min drive away and you can go up in the cable car to 3000m if you have a head for heights.
