The Rosegarden is an end of terrace villa with 2 bedrooms, a patio area for eating out Al Fresco and also a roof terrace for catching the sun and enjoying the privacy, peacefullness and tranquility of the surrounding area. It is a 5 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins walk to the centre of Kusadasi. There is local transport available ( Dolmus ) outside the estate which is a regular service into town (approx every 2 mins) at a very low cost. There is also a play area for children to play football and swing.

The Aegean Coast Region
On the Aegean Coast Region there are approx 9 months of sunshine and heat. During the winter months the sun still shines but it can be a little chilly during the night but overall a very pleasant part of the world to spend your time enjoying all the surrounding areas of interest. Ephesus and the Virgin Mary House is only a Dolmus ride away in Selcuk and this is a must if you visit this area. Also Sirence is another little village where they produce local fine wines for whatever taste you may have. Also another must visit is the Radon Thermal Spa in Davutler which also is only a short ride away by Dolmus (local transport).
Kusadasi Area
One of the most popular tourist resorts in the Mediterranean, Kusadasi has grown in 30 years from a fishing village into a sprawling town. Although geared to serving thousands of tourists who visit the nearby ruins and beaches, the busy town maintains an easy pace.

Flights available with Turkish Airlines, Aer Lingus, Pegasus and Onur Air. Transfer available with A2B Transfers from as little as €19 Euro return or also with Kusadasi.biz website from €12.50 per person each way.

There is a patio out the front of the house where one can sit out and eat al-fresco. Also a lovely place to spend a lovely warm evening watching the sun go down. The Rosegarden surrounds the house. It is an end of terrace house so there is plenty of privacy, peace and tranquility.
Rental Details
A refundable deposit of 100 Euro is required on arrival and returned on departure providing no damage has been caused to the property or it's contents.

Everything supplied for a self-catering holiday. On entering the villa there is the living area and the kitchen to the left. There is a spiral staircase that leads up to the 2 bedrooms ( 1 double and 2 twin room ) and toilet and shower. Further up the staircase there is the roof terrace with magnificent views. One can sit here and enjoy the sunshine and the peace and quiet of the area.
Outside the double bedroom there is also a terrace where one can sit out and enjoy the tranquality of the surrounding area.
