Guest satisfacion is of paramount importance to us and our large number of repeat bookings are due to our ongoing investment and commitment to providing extremely well presented, thouroughly clean, well equipped properties.
To reserve the apartment we require a deposit of just 50% of the rental , the balance is not then due until 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. Payments can be accepted in Sterling or Euro and can be made by Cheque or Bank transfer we are also authorised to accept Mastercard and Visa Credit Cards. so whichever is most convenient for you.

We request a seperate payment of 200euro which will only be cashed in the event of actual damage or excessive cleaning being necessary. As we are unable to offer refunds please ensure you have taken out Holiday Insurance Cover

Please note the apartment will be available for occupation after 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am .

Central heating is included but we reserve the right to charge if time clock is overridden and excessive use of gas heating will be metered and charges will be deducted from deposits and refunds will be made after departure.

The property is in a great location-an easy walk to the metro, to the village, to bus stop. You could not ask for a better location. There is also a lovely walkway right across the street along Dublin Bay. The neighborhood is safe, which was important to me as I was a single female traveling alone. Iverna was quite helpful. Overall, the description of the apartment was accurate and everything was clean on my arrival.

We are returning guests at Seaview and spent a wonderful week in the garden apartment in April. There was never any reason for less than a five star rating since Seaview is a high end property, well equipped and appointed and super clean. Since we occupied the apartment previous to a guest who complained about a "musty" smell we feel obliged to state that we never smelled anything musty during this year´s stay nor during the years before. The apartment is of character, there are two fireplaces and there is also some antique wooden furniture giving it the very special charm we like so much. Being guests in a self catering accomodation we aired the apartment on a regular basis of course!

We were welcomed with a beautiful bouquet of white lillies. The apt. location was excellent.Close to transportation and the lovely village of Sandymount.We found everything clean and well appointed. We were given lots of information about restaurants and places to visit. We hope to return some day.

Wonderful location! Very spacious apartment, tastefully furnished, all modern conveniences , very clean, well-maintained and by all means comfy! The owner provided a customer service that left nothing to ask for. The small town of Sandymount was a very good retreat from the hustle of a European capital (10 mins. by bus) with all its attractions. Truly a "home away from home"!

We had a great week in Dublin and fell in love with Sandymount and our home from home apartment at Seaview. It is very well appointed, spacious and clean. And then it offers so much more. The bedroom alone is larger than the usual hotelroom you get, a good boxspring-bed and a very comfy duvet for good rest after exploring the city. There is enough storage space for clothes and everything else. No budgeting on towels, you get more than enough. There is multi-channel tv, even a sky-box and free wi-fi. The backyard is huge, you can´t tell from the pictures. In the evenings we enjoyed the electric fireplace and some good couch time. We can only thank Iverna for her hospitality, for offering so much more than the usual standard. Sandymount is a lovely village and just a stroll away. We had good times at O`Reilly´s and Mulligan´s, bought our daily supplies at Tesco and can recommend the Java Cafe for a quick bite and/or muffins and coffee. Books on the Green is also worth a visit. Sandymount Strand is just across the street from Seaview and has this charming air of a beach inside a city. Waiting for the bus to take you to the city centre in no time you have a view of the Irish Sea and look forward to come back!

We spent 2 weeks at the apartment which was great. It is bright, comfortable and clean and contains all the essentials. The location could not be better, a quiet residential area by the sea. Street parking is free and it is approximately a 15 minute drive to the city centre. We found Iverna (the owner) charming, accessible and helpful. We would like to stay there again.Response


We have stayed in Seaview a total of 14 times which says it all.! We have found it a perfect holiday home and have travelled all over Ireland from here, and its so easy to get into the city center of Dublin,..normally we just leave the car and get the bus..the local shops and restaurants are good, Tesco is just down the road. We love coming to Dublin and are always happy with Seaview.The apartments are always clean and fresh , (we have stayed in each and every one !!) Mr and Mrs. H. Liverpool.

It is a super place to stay for a family, paddling and splashing in the sea across the road was the highlight for our daughter, we loved the museums, art galleries and just the great athmosphere in the city. We appreciated having the garden to chill out in and just generally found this a perfect home from home. CM.

We found it warm and cosy, during our January stay and so close to the city center........Dublin trafic is so congested we loved being able to just hop on a bus. WS

I recently spent a month in this delightful apartment. It was my second stay in the past 6 months.
I would not consider staying anywhere else in the Dublin area.
The flat is exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable.

I was by myself and chose not to drive. It simply was not necessary as I was so close to the lovely village of Sandymount for all my needs and never concerned for my personal safety at anytime of the day or night. I was equally close to excellent bus service to City Center and access to a lovely coastal promenade and park path for jogging or walking.
Even the airport coach dropped me off within meters of the front door!

In early August of this year my wife and I had the delightful experience of staying for a week in this excellent apartment. We found it to be clean and tidy on arrival and its location, layout and decor gave it a very restful aura. If you seek a comfortable and quiet apartment then this is it. To reach a safe beach and long esplanade we only had to cross a narrow roadway. The weather was good and the beach, walkways and many esplanade seats allowed us to walk to our hearts content or just sit and gaze at the wonderful views of Dublin Bay, whichever took our fancy.
Alternatively, we only had to walk a short distance (5 minutes) up a side street to reach Sandymount village. This village, with its small central green, surrounding small shops, pubs, restaurants, and a church, has that charming old world feel about it. Tescos and other smaller stores gave us plenty of choice of food and drink (including the alcoholic variety!)
Having sampled the seaside and then the quiet buzz of the village on our first 2 days, on day three we decided it was time to visit the city centre! This involved walking about 30 metres from the front door of our apartment to a bus stop where a number 2 or 3 bus (which passed about every 15 minutes I think) took us directly into the city centre in about 10 minutes. We were able to get off close to Trinity College, one of our favourite spots. The bus journey cost us 1 Euro 60 cents each for a return ticket - very cheap. Having spent a few hours soaking up the noise, excitement and bustle of the big city, we were delighted to get back on that bus in the evening, knowing the beautiful, and oh so quiet spot we were returning to in Sandymount.
On another day we walked through Sandymount village to the local Dart station (railway - took us about 15 minutes walk) and took the train to Bray (a trip of nostalgia for us - fond memories of younger days and all that). Again, the cost was minimal.
Did I mention we had a car? Well, we did not need it to be frank, and it sat all week in a quiet side avenue. As we live in Northern Ireland we could just as well have travelled here by train or bus.
All in all this was a delightful holiday for us and this apartment and its location was the main reason for its success. We have no hesitation in recommending it as a base for a holiday
